My family is (not) prepared to host a student from abroad. We can offer two meals in family surroundings /  bed and food for one student during the stay in Zagreb.
My parents support me in taking part in this project and I enclose their preliminary approval.
My parents agree that I supply some information about myself (contacts, administrative information for border formailites and insurance formalities, alergies/necessary health data). I have filled out the ​Students' Information Chart.
